Refund Policy

1. Digital Products – No Right of Withdrawal

Our products are delivered digitally and become available immediately after purchase.
By completing your payment, you expressly agree that the delivery of your digital content begins right away.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the digital product has been made available to you.
This means that purchases of digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.

2. Technical Issues or Defects

If you experience any technical problems accessing your digital purchase, or if the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@musicbingo.online.
We will investigate and provide a remedy in line with applicable consumer protection laws — such as restoring access or supplying a new file.

3. No General Returns

Except in the cases mentioned above, all sales of digital products are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital goods that have been successfully delivered as agreed.
